How do I book a meeting room?
You can book directly through ConnectedHubs.ie for BASE (Mulhuddart) and Drinan (Swords), or contact BEaT (Balbriggan) via beat.ie. Bookings can be made by the hour, half-day or full-day.
Do I need to be a member to book a room?
No, anyone can book meeting rooms on ConnectedHubs.ie.
What equipment is available in the rooms?
All rooms include high-speed Wi-Fi, a screen for presentations, HDMI connections and video conferencing equipment where available. Cables, whiteboards and refreshments can be provided on request.
When are the meeting rooms available?
Opening hours vary by centre. Most locations offer weekday access from 9 am to 5 pm, with some evening & weekend availability included in booking options on connectedhubs.ie or by arrangement.
How does the Loyalty Card work?
Collect a card at reception. Each meeting-room or desk booking earns you one stamp. When you’ve collected ten stamps, your next booking is free. Please note that free bookings are subject to availability and must be used within 6 months of issue date.
Do desk members get free meeting hours?
Yes, every 1-month desk membership includes 3 free hours of meeting-room use, which can be booked through your centre team. Note that included 3 hours must be used within the same month of your subscription - hours not used will be lost.
Is parking available?
Yes. All Innovate Fingal centres offer on-site parking free of charge for members during their booking. Note that parking is limited on our sites and parking bays are not guaranteed. Arrive early to avoid busy periods.
Can I book for weekends or after hours?
Some centres accommodate out-of-hours bookings on connectedhubs.ie. If your chosen hub does not have options please Contact that hub in advance to check availability.
