Driving
Situated in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin with easy access to M1 (Junctions 5/6).

Public transport

  • Rail: Balbriggan Station (DART/Commuter), then a short walk or taxi.

  • Multiple local bus routes.

Parking

  • Tenant bays as signed.

  • Visitors: use marked visitor bays and follow posted instructions.

Driving
Located in Swords, Co. Dublin, just off the R132 with quick access to M1 and Dublin Airport.

Public transport

  • Bus routes along the R132 (Swords) with a short walk.

  • Airport connections via bus links then transfer.

Parking

  • Tenant parking in allocated bays.

  • Visitors: use signposted bays and follow posted instructions.

EV charging

  • EO/Monta chargers on site (app/account required).

Bike & access

  • Bike racks near the main entrance; step-free access available.

BASE Enterprise Centre

Driving
Located in Mulhuddart, Dublin 15, a few minutes from the N3 and M50. Use the BASE entrance on the business park internal road network.

Public transport

  • Bus: routes serving Blanchardstown / Mulhuddart with a short walk to site.

  • Rail: Clonsilla or Castleknock stations (then bus or taxi).

Parking

  • Tenant parking in signed bays.

  • Visitors should use marked visitor bays and follow on-site instructions (scan-to-pay/validate where provided).

  • No overnight parking in visitor (“V”) bays.

  • Car park is managed by APCOA; vehicles in breach may be clamped.

EV charging

  • EO/Monta chargers available to registered users (standard pay-per-use). Bring your own cable.

  • Please move your vehicle when charging completes.

  • Covered bike parking and step-free access to reception and meeting rooms.
